Sunshine Key is not a Thousand trails park, but is owned by the company that owns Thousand Trails. Sunshine key can be accessed via the Ready Camp Go program. We purchased a card for $300 and can use the Encore parks 99 times over the period of 1 year for $20 a night. This park charges $40 a night for an interior site like the one we have, or as much as $90 a site for a water front. The $20.00 fee will get you into an interior site, but the premium sites are full rate. So we could not get a great site, but we did get a good site, and what can we complain about, we got to be on the keys.  This key is about 60 miles north of Key west and 3 hours south of Miami.
